All orders are shipped discreetly, with no identifying exterior markings or product descriptions on packaging. Your privacy is protected at every step.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time

Order Tracking

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products — consumable wellness and ceremonial items — we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [EMAIL] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Unopened Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within [14] days of delivery for store credit. Contact us before shipping anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the member.

Digital Products & Services
Digital products (including the Complete Guide to Microdosing) and service-based bookings (Integration Calls, Consultation Calls) are non-refundable once accessed or scheduled.
