MIND. BODY. RITUAL.

Rooted In Reverence. Backed by Science.

A daily ritual for clarity, focus, and nervous system balance.

Opening and Resetting Pathways

Entheogenic institutions are religious organizations that use psychoactive substances, known as entheogens, in their spiritual practices. These substances facilitate direct experiences of the divine, spiritual awakenings and personal transformation. These sacred sacraments are a part of our ceremonies, healing rituals, and as a means to connect with the spiritual realm.

What Is Lōkahi?

In the Hawaiian language, Lōkahi means unity, harmony, and balance — the state of being whole within yourself and in right relationship with all things. It is both a destination and a practice. Lōkahi Sanctuary is a Private Members Association and spiritual community founded by Marjorie Hokulani Brooke — a sacred space where science and spirit are not in conflict, but in conversation.

Where the wisdom of Indigenous traditions is honored without appropriation. And where every person who walks through our door is met with the care, safety, and reverence they deserve.

We are here to be of service to you.

OUR STORY

Meet the Founder – Marjorie Hōkūlani Brooke

Marjorie is a passionate advocate for personalized optimization in overall well-being, living a life of meaning, purpose, and service to others.

For centuries, Indigenous peoples have known what science is only beginning to confirm: these medicines heal. Clinical research from Johns Hopkins, NYU, and Imperial College London has shown that psilocybin-assisted therapy can produce lasting relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction — often after just one or two sessions.

At Lōkahi, we take this science seriously — not because we need it to validate what we already know, but because it matters that the world understands what is possible.

Respect in Honoring Indigenous Traditions

Respect the cultural and spiritual traditions associated with all entheogens. Avoiding cultural appropriations, seeking to educate others and understand the deeper significance of these practices is a responsibility. The indigenous use of entheogens among the indigenous all over the world is a profound and integral aspect of our spiritual and cultural heritage.
We are and continue to collaborate with Indigenous practitioners and work with indigenous healers and shamans who have traditional knowledge and expertise. This collaboration enriches the sacred practice and ensures cultural integrity
At Lōkahi Sanctuary, being of service to others involves a deep commitment to ethical principles, respect for cultural traditions, and a focus on personalized and individual healing and personal growth. Entheogens can be powerful tools for transformation, but their use requires careful consideration and responsible facilitation.

Our Sacred Medicines

The medicines we work with are not substances — they are teachers, allies, and ancient intelligences that have guided human beings toward healing for centuries. Learn what each one is, where it comes from, and how we honor it.
